Teens, and Homeschool families (ages 3-17) ranging from beginners & self-defense, to focused competition training


Matrix offers top-tier youth programs for all levels--from beginners to seasoned wrestlers and martial artists--

focusing on building skills, mentorship, fitness, discipline, control, and developing your self-defense and competition goals
