Coach Jessica started training Jiu Jitsu in 2016. She quickly found a love for the sport and over the years discovered how much training and time on the mats have helped to change and better her life, both in the gym and outside of it.  Jessica enjoys helping teach kids class and watching the children grow, learn, and apply the techniques to make progress in Jiu Jitsu and beyond.
